Text File Updates Page

A Text File Update can be used to either create a new file with the specified content or to modify those existing using “Append” and “Search & Replace” operations. Multiple operations can be performed on the specified files.

New Text File Update

Use the [New Text File Update ] button from the toolbar or from the context menu select the “New Text File Update” item. The Edit Text File Update Set Dialog dialog will appear.

Edit Text File Update

A Text File Update Set operation can be edited by pressing theEnter key while the file is selected or by double-clicking on the file. The Edit Text File Update Set Dialog dialog will appear.

Delete Text File Update

A Text File Update file can be deleted by using the “Delete” context menu option or by pressing the Delete key while the file is selected.

Test Text File Update

After a Text File Update file has been defined it is possible to test it and see if the operations will perform as intended.
